 Selfie on the creeper to post for Raleigh Coffee and our 'Grind It' team efforts.  Another beautiful run on the Creeper trail as I train for the Raleigh 70.3 Half Ironman.

 Hunter made this for me for Mother's Day.  In Kindergarten all the moms were treated to a spa morning.  Hunter took off my shoes, carefully placed my feet in a tub of warm water and then rubbed my shoulders and fixed me a cold drink.  It was the sweetest spa treatment on the planet.
