After an exhausting race the kids are always ready to go as soon as the last gear bag is put away. Part of being an endurance parent is being able to turn off race mode once you cross the finish line and step right back into mommy/daddy mode! It's fun, slightly annoying and exhausting all at the same time. Chattanooga was no exception to this expectation. After lunch we went straight into ROCK CLIMBING!
Both were a little nervous at first but after the first hour of adjusting to heights and learning to fall they were both climbing like pros. It would be nice to have a place like this for the kids in Abingdon.
A really fun afternoon with the boys and our first time in a rock climbing facility. Next year I hope Chloe will be able to join us. She had to leave early with Papa and Gaga to get back to NC.
