The night before the race we went to eat dinner at a super nice restaurant/vineyard that overlooked the lake that we were to swim in. It was beautiful. I prefer to save this kind of dinner for after the race but we had cut this trip as short as possible to get back to the boys and David back to work. One day we will learn to savor these moments and take more time off to enjoy them, but it is hard to do when the boys are little and they aren't with you. Our meal was delicious and one of the most memorable parts of the trip. One day I would like to go back and visit this beautiful city and take part in one of the vineyard tours.
