One of our first family runs in our new Bob duallie. It is great. Hunter loves the company and Lucas usually just sleeps. David's load just keeps getting heavier and heavier.

This day Hunter decided he wanted to run. So we let him...and he ran for 1.5 miles. We couldn't believe it and he was so pround of himself! He crashed on the couch and took a 3 hour nap after this adventure too.

One of Hunter's favorite things to do is to take a trip up the Creeper Trail to the cow farm and chat it up with the cows. He usually runs or rides in the bike buggy. This time Chole accompanied him and loves posing for pics! She is such a ham!

Really tired after a bike ride. He usually says, "I need to rest a little bit, please."

Super fast over the tressel and I just realized he isn't wearing his helmet. I am going to have to ask David about that.

Lucas is the happiest little baby! We have enjoyed every minute of him. In these pictures he was having the best time watching me put up laundry while big brother was finishing up a much needed nap!

I think he is going to have a great big ole belly laugh one of these days.

Reading to Lucas about tractors. Lately Hunter's imagination has just taken off and he really enjoys playing with his toys.....by himself. I can overhear him talking to his blocks, or trucks or animals and he is having the best time. It is nice to see him entertain himself and be so creative.

Yeah, we got a wonderful visit from Kevin and Linden this week. It is amazing how fast a year goes by. I can't believe little Linden is already 1 year old. She is a happy and very sweet little girl that I wish we got to see more often. Hunter had fun showing off all his tractors and his little brother.

Things we do

My Mother's Day present. My garden last year was overtaken by Hunter's swing set so David and Hunter built me another garden. We planted squash, cukes, peppers, green beans and tomatoes.

Hunter helping me trim the shrubbery around the house. I cut and he loaded it up and took it to dump in the woods! He is a fantastic out doors helper.

My cuties! They are both getting so big.

Lucas takes many naps in the baby jogger while Hunter and I play outside.

Thank goodness for Hunter's gator. Little fellow gets less attention these days, but he doesn't seem to mind as long as he can get outside and explore the backyard in his gator. The guys building the house next door get a kick watching him make laps and laps around the house.

I painted Chloe's toenails and then Hunter wanted his painted. I convinced him that boys don't paint their toenails, but he could help dry them with the blow dryer!

We had great trip home for the first time with Lucas. Okay, maybe great is a stretch, only because it was a short trip trying to see some many folks. Lucas wasn't a big fan of the carseat and a 2 hour ride can really test one's nerves. Poor Hunter kept shouting, "Lucas I can't hear!"
